Project objective: The primary objective of the project is to enable TCD Transport Direct drivers to enhance their soft skills so they can provide more efficacious services to an increasingly diverse customer base. The means of achieving this is through a series of workshops designed by Step First Institute with the drivers and by using certain digital tools to curate and organize knowledge which aim to improve their communication skills.
